Organized by the University of Santiago de Compostela and with the collaboration of “Adegas do Salnés Association” and “Adegas Terra de Asorei”

Second edition of the course “The world of Galician wines”. The objectives were to offer a multidisciplinary and current vision of the world of Galician wine and in particular of Rías Baixas wines in Salnés.

Sustainability in the wine sector is an ethical obligation, that we have with our ecosystems to minimize the impacts of climate change and it is a social responsibility.

Wineries must respond to this new reality that encourages innovation, improves reputation with consumers and optimizes production and commercial processes.
